Who's Who Submission Rules
Send an e-mail with the following information and picture
(optional) attached to webmaster@magestry.com
with 'Magestry Who's Who for...Your
Real OOG Name' as the Subject. (Be sure to include your real OOG
name in the subject as this is how your entry info is kept track of.) The main purpose of
this is to associate people's OOG names, faces, and IG
characters. A secondary reason for this is to provide contact
information in the form of E-mail address to your fellow participants
so you may contact each other between events.
Information: 1) OOG NAME: Your name (nickname or pseudonym is fine). 2) E-MAIL ADDRESS: Your e-mail address. (Optional) 3) LINK: The title and URL (web address) of a web page of your choice. (Optional.) (Preferably a page about you and/or the character(s) you play at Magestry. Your LJ User Info page, Personal sites, LARP, or Ren Faire related sites are good, too. We'll allow almost anything, but reserve the right to reject any site for any reason.) 4) CHARACTER(S) PLAYED: The name of one or more characters you play at Magestry. Indicate PC or NPC. 5) CHARACTER DESCRIPTION: Name and brief description of your Magestry character. (Optional.) (If you play more than one character go with the one you spend the most time as. Don't give away too much IG info. Just give some info another player might assume at a glance like race and/or profession.) Note: Each entry is limited to a total of seven lines of text. So, if you don't have a link you can have a longer description, etc. Picture: A picture of you, preferably as the character in your character description. (In or out of character is fine. Pics of your cats, dogs, favorite anime characters, etc. will be rejected.) Your picture's file size must be less than 40k. Image dimensions must be no larger than 100x100 pixels. File format must be either PNG, GIF or JPG. If you need a (free) program to edit pics, I recommend IrfanVIew. Example: If Paul was to send his Information it might look like this...
